Ingredients:
4 chicken breast halves — skinned & boned
1 tablespoon oil
salt and pepper — to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/3 cups water
2 cups minute rice
Directions:
Brown check breasts in hot oils 5 min. per side or until done. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from pan. Add soup and water to skillet. Bring to boil. Stir in rice, top with chicken and cover. Cook on low heat 5 min. Stir.
