Ingredients:
3 1/3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
2/3 cup light corn syrup
2 eggs
6 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate — melted
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cups walnuts — chopped
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Mix butter or margarine and sugar. Stir in corn syrup and eggs. Stir in flour, chocolate, vanilla and nuts. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake in 350F. oven 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
