Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients:

1/2 cup corn oil
4 oz. unsweetened baking
chocolate — melted
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour — sifted
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup confectioner’s sugar

Directions:

Mix corn oil, chocolate, sugar. Blend in 1 egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla. Stir in salt, flour, baking powder. Chill several hours or overnight. Heat oven to 350 F.. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough into confectioners’ sugar. Roll around and shape into balls. Place about 2″ apart on greased baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
