Inverness Wine Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients:

1/4 cup salad oil
1/2 cup white wine
1 clove garlic — minced
1 onion — minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Pour over chicken or veal, marinate refrigerated 3 hours before cooking.
