Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1 large onion — minced
2 cups tomato sauce
1 can corn — whole kernal
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon chili powder

Directions:

Saute onion and beef until lightly browned. Stir in tomato sauce, corn and seasonings. Simmer gently about 30 minutes. Serve with rice, hot corn bread.
