Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 can corn, canned
1 can kidney beans, canned
1/2 green pepper — chopped
1/2 onion — chopped
2 tablespoons chili powder
salt and pepper
Directions:
Brown meat in skillet. Add peppers and onions and saute until soft. Add chili powder. Drain liquid from kidney beans and corn into skillet. Simmer gently about 10 minutes. Add corn and kidney beans and simmer another 10 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with hot, buttered corn bread.
