Ingredients:
2 pounds shrimp
1/2 cup butter
2 cloves garlic — minced
1 medium lemon — juiced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon parsley
Directions:
Peel shrimp; leave tails shells on; devein.
Preheat broiler 10 minutes.
Melt 1/4 cup butter in small skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, lemon juice; simmer, stirring often, 3 minutes.
Arrange shrimp on heat proof platter or broiler pan.
Blend 1/4 cup melted butter with garlic butter; pour over shrimp. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Broil about 4″ from heat, turning once, 5 to 7 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley; serve at once with pan juices.
