Ingredients:
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate — thawed
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 1/2 pounds ham center slice
(one slice, cut about 1″ thick)
1 can pineapple slices in water
Directions:
Combine orange juice concentrate, wine, mustard, and ginger. Slash fat edge of ham slice. Brush sauce over ham. Grill over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, brushing with sauce occasionally. Turn ham and grill til done, 10-15 minutes more, brushing with sauce. Grill pineapple slices alongside the ham, brushing frequently with sauce. Place pineapple atop ham during last 5-10 minutes. (Optional: Garnish with orange slices.)
