Fried Rice

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups rice, instant
2 1/2 cups water
6 large egg
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon onion flakes
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1 tablespoon chives, freeze-dried
2 tablespoons celery flakes
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup bacon drippings
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons bacon bits

Directions:
Cook rice per package directions and cool.
Melt bacon dripping in skillet. Add cooked rice and stir.
With a fork, beat eggs, 2 tablespoons water, celery flakes, chives, onion flakes and parsley to mix. Pour egg mixture over hot rice in skillet and stir until eggs are set. Gradually add soy sauce to taste. Stir in bacon bits and pepper to taste.

Serving Ideas : Good side dish with barbeque.

NOTE: Add 2 cups cooked shrimp along with bacon bits for Shrimp Fried Rice.
