Paul Lynde’s Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients:
8 cups potatoes — thinly sliced
6 eggs — hard boiled, sliced
1 1/2 cups green onions — thinly sliced
1/4 cup butter
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups half and half
2 tablespoons green onion — thinly sliced

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine all ingredients except half and half and onion garnish. Spoon into 3-quart baking dish. Carefully pour half and half over. Bake 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender. Serve hot, garnished with onions.
