Potato Salad

Preparation Time: 2:00- Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes
4 eggs — hard boiled, chopped
1 medium onion — finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons mustard

Directions:

Boil potatoes whole with skins on until just done. Cool and remove skin. Cut into bite-size chunks.
Combine all ingredients in large bowl and refrigerate several hours before serving.
