Refrigerator Cookies

Ingredients:

3/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar, brown or white
1 egg
2 cups sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon soda water
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup nuts

Directions:

Cream butter and sugar in a MIRRO Alumilite Mixing Bowl. Add egg and beat well. Add sifted dry ingredients and nuts. Mold into rolls, wrap in waxed paper and place in refrigerator until ready to use. Slice and bake on MIRRO aluminum Cooky Sheets. Time: 8-10 Min. Temp. 400-425 F.
