Steak and Noodle Casserole

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup celery — thinly sliced
1/2 cup onion — thinly sliced
1 can tomato soup, condensed
1/2 can water
1 cup noodles — cooked
salt and pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Brown beef in skillet with celery and onion. Add tomato soup and water and simmer 15 minutes. Add cooked noodles.
For casserole: turn into casserole, sprinkle top with grated Parmesan cheese, and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
Otherwise, continue to simmer on top of stove for 15 minutes. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
Serve with lettuce and mayonnaise; bread and butter.
